As part of doing Thing 5, I must report that the subject of RSS feeds is still pretty murky to me, but I'm sure that exposure to Thing 6 will vastly improve everything! I guess if you're totally out of anything to do, then glancing over your "feed selections" could be entertaining, but it's nowhere as much fun as my usual day's activities. I'll share just one of my favorites with you today. My morning usually starts with one or both sets of the public entrance automatic double doors trying to close on patrons before they can escape the building, so I have to go reset them. Then, if somebody impatient wants out before they can both close & reopen for them automatically, they push open one of the doors & storm out, which means that they are then off-sinc and start to "eat" people again. Then, about 11:00, the school kids get out for lunch and come over here & start flipping the door control switches to "off" so everyone has to really push hard against the door hydraulics to get one side to open and then it tries to close on them.

Well, enough for today - I must attend to my desk duties. Join me on another day for more adventures - like, what I do when I find a kid (who isn't handicapped) popping wheelies in our public-use wheelchair outside the front door in the middle of the walkway. . .or, finding landscaping rocks inside the outside bookdrop. . .or . . . . .

Later!
